Terms of service

The short version: use Ovae kindly and lawfully, your data is yours, Ovae isn't medical advice, and if you subscribe to the partner app you can cancel any time. The longer version:

1. What Ovae is

Ovae is a wellness companion: cycle tracking, daily messages, insights, an optional consent-gated partner connection, and an optional shop. Ovae is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Predictions are estimates. Do not rely on Ovae as contraception or to make medical decisions — talk to a clinician for those.

2. Your data

Your data is yours. Our privacy policy — including the list of things we will never do with your data — is part of these terms. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from within the app.

3. Accounts

Accounts are optional and require only an email address. You're responsible for keeping access to that email secure. You must be at least 13 to use Ovae.

4. The partner connection

Connecting a partner requires the account holder's explicit approval and can be revoked by her at any time. Partners agree to use the connection to support — attempting to gain access to someone's account or data without their consent is prohibited and will result in termination.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

The Ovae app is free for women. Partner subscriptions are billed to the partner on the schedule shown at purchase and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Physical products ordered through Ovae Delivered are charged at purchase; delivery timelines are estimates.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, probe, or misuse the service; don't use it to harass or surveil anyone; don't scrape or resell it. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Ovae is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovae Health, Inc. disclaims all warranties and limits its total liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

8. Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Questions: hello@ovae.health.
